The Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) Our PTA works very hard for the school raising money through fundraising events including the school disco, the cake sale and the summer fete. The money we have raised has been used to purchase valuable resources including a SMART board, the play equipment on the field, imaginative play toys for reception and year one and books for our library. If you have any ideas of activities for our PTA please contact us with your suggestions. Our Climbing Frame Appeal Our climbing frame is over 20 years old. It has been used by thousands of local children who have attended the Vale Infants' and Junior Schools. Sadly, our climbing frame has reached the end of its' life and we need to raise £37,000 so that we can buy a new climbing frame. It would take our PTAs many years to raise that much money through normal events so we have launched this appeal hoping that local businesses, former pupils and parents and local people will help us. We have spent a long time choosing a suitable climbing frame and the children have worked hard researching climbing frames on the internet and designing their own climbing frames. We are hoping to buy a new climbing frame that will be used by thousands of pupils over the next 20 years. Can you help us?
